Terms and Conditions for Home Stream Entertainment SMS Messaging

1. SMS Program Description
By providing your phone mobile number, and completing our SMS opt-in form, you are opting in to receive SMS text messages from Home Stream Entertainment for service updates and invoice reminders.

2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 1 (one) SMS message per month.

3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Home Stream Entertainment does not charge for this service; however, your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

4. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" back to us (609-554-1377). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt-in as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
